The collar loops through one of the rings making a “P” shape. You should slip the collar over your Rottweiler’s head. The buckle is meant for adjustment of the collar to your dog’s individual size. Or, you can use the collar as usual buckle one – putting it on your pet by clasping or unclasping the buckle.

If pulling by the Ring you will choke your dog’s neck a little bit – it is that very desirable choking effect when you can show your dog what he should do and where he should go.
